Gulf Warranties (GWIS) was established in KSA in 2015 under SAMA License No 13/36102/ش/ت س م, as a joint venture between GWL Bahrain and Buruj Coop. Insurance Co & has currently 2 office in Riyadh & Jeddah. In 2019 Gulf Insurance Group proposed to buyout all shares of GWL Bahrain in GWIS which is approved by SAMA and completed in 2020
Gulf Warranties (GWIS) is a leading Third Party Administrator (TPA) licensed by the Saudi Arabia Monetary Agency (SAMA). GWIS’s license was renewed in 2019 for another 3 years and will be renewed in Feb 2022.
GWIS’s core ethos is to provide of quality Claims Management Services to its clients combined with a personalised customer oriented approach, delivered in a transparent manner with the provision of the tools and procedures to facilitate transparency and communication.

Buruj Cooperative Insurance Company is a multi-line non-life insurance underwriter licensed by the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (License number : ت م ن /20105/28 and monitored and supervised by SAMA) via Royal Decree No. M-32 dated 02/06/1424H (01/08/2003), and in accordance with SAMA Governor Decision No. 67/431 dated 12/06/1431H (25/05/2010).

The company underwrites health, and property and casualty insurance including motor, accident, property, liability, marine, engineering, travel, and extended warranty.
